un anno con... fondazione san zeno

Exhibition by Fondazione San Zeno
in collaboration with Biblioteca Civica di Verona
Illustrations by Alice Piaggio
Sala Nervi, Civic Library, Verona

Being, accompanying, generating. To tell with bright colours and spontaneity what it means for us to be close to those who live in difficult situations and imagine new opportunities together. From Castel Volturno to the alleys of Catania, from Pelourinho in Salvador to the slums of Calcutta, without forgetting the suburbs of cities like Turin or Verona.
Considering each street as the centre from which to start again. Giving value to each story.
Because to really change things, one must have the courage to never stop changing them.

Kicking off on Thursday 12 December in the Civic Library is the exhibition of illustrations by Alice Piaggio, the protagonist of the San Zeno Foundation's 2025 calendar.
A calendar that echoes the values of the San Zeno Foundation, which in 25 years has supported more than 1,500 initiatives in Italy, Africa, Asia and Latin America, believing in people as the creators of their own change and supporting projects that offer concrete opportunities: to improve the quality of education, to create job opportunities.

The exhibition, set up in Sala Nervi, concludes with a presentation of Fondazione San Zeno and the main projects supported in 2024.
For all library readers, while stocks last, a free copy of Fondazione San Zeno's 2025 calendar will be available.

Alice Piaggio
